Time to Sign is not a recruiting service for everybody.
We intentionally limit our recruiting program to 40 accepted players within any graduating class so that we can provide the individualized evaluation, strategy, communication and advocacy that the recruiting process requires.
Our approach begins with one fundamental question:
Where do you actually fit?
Athletically. Academically. And ultimately, as a student-athlete.
We evaluate the complete player before determining whether Time to Sign is the right fit.

100% of players accepted into the Time to Sign recruiting program have gone on to commit to play college baseball.
We are proud of that track record, but it is also why we are selective about the players and families we accept.
We don't believe in taking everybody.
You need to be a fit for us just as we need to be a fit for you.
BUILT FOR THE SERIOUS STUDENT-ATHLETE
The recruiting process becomes even more nuanced when a player has high-level academic goals in addition to high-level baseball goals.
We understand that path.
Time to Sign VP, Sarkis Ohanian, went through it himself–competing academically while pursuing high-level baseball, pitching at Duke University, being selected in the MLB Draft and spending five years playing professional baseball in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
That experience is now combined with years of recruiting knowledge, relationships, player evaluation and college placement experience.
High-level academics should expand your opportunities, not complicate your recruiting process.
Understanding where your baseball ability fits is only part of the equation.
We also need to understand where your academic profile fits.
GPA. Course rigor. Honors classes. AP courses. IB curriculum. SAT and ACT scores. Intended areas of study. Academic priorities.
The goal is not simply to find a college baseball opportunity.
The goal is to identify the right college baseball opportunities.
BEFORE YOU APPLY
Every application must provide enough information for our staff to make an initial evaluation.
Applications must include:
Player information, graduating class and position
Current high school and travel program
Video — preferably through a shareable link
Verified baseball metrics
Current GPA
Course load and academic rigor, including Honors, AP and/or IB coursework
SAT and/or ACT scores, if available
Current recruiting activity and college interest
Any additional information that helps us understand the player and his goals
Incomplete applications may not be reviewed.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU APPLY?
Every application is reviewed by the Time to Sign staff.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a consultation or acceptance into the program.
When we believe there may be a strong mutual fit, a member of our staff will reach out to coordinate the next step.
That conversation allows us to learn more about the player and family while giving you an opportunity to understand how Time to Sign approaches the recruiting process.
From there, we determine whether moving forward makes sense for both sides.
